I have the right to refuse service or withdraw and cancel services at any time.
By booking any service with me you understand that it is not a replacement for medical care or to circumvent a doctors advice which you agree to during booking. The work we do together is also not a replacement for legal representation or legal advice from a legal professional. By booking you acknowledge that I will not be held liable for decisions or choices you act upon after working with me.
I reserve the right to make changes to my schedule at anytime.
I will not tolerate disrespectful, rude or abusive behaviors. I will also not tolerate hate speech, bullying.
As part of my code of ethics I will not council you on or about other people's personal lives if I do not have direct consent from them, This includes your children. This applies to energy healing as well. As another part of my code of ethics, I do not disclose any information or things discussed in session, unless I have written permission from the attendee that it is okay to share.
I am not comfortable with pregnancy questions or questions about personal death dates, so I will not be answering those.
I will never reach out to you to give messages, please use your best discernment and be vigilant of any scams.
I won't be selling your information to anyone, I'm not about that life.

Refund Policy

Should you choose not to keep your appointment for whatever reason and prefer to cancel please contact me 48 hours prior to your session at Kaley@starseer555.com.

Failure to cancel 48 hours in advanced will result in a late cancellation fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund amount, or you have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment up to 2 times.

If you miss your appointment completely without a 24 hour notice (I get it life is crazy). You'll be allowed to reschedule once more. If after the 2nd time you miss your appointment without letting me know in 24 advance you forfeit your right to a refund.

If you are more than 10 minutes late without a 2 hour notice (I get it life is crazy). you'll be allowed to reschedule once more. If after the 2nd time you are more than 10 minutes late without letting me know in 2 advance you forfeit your right to a refund.

If I have already completed a service or session with you, no refunds will be given.
